Riverside Partners is a Boston-based private investment firm that invests in growing middle market healthcare and technology oriented companies. We are currently investing Riverside Fund IV, L.P., a $406 million equity fund, with committed capital from leading institutional investors, including endowments and foundations, family offices, pension funds, and fund of funds.\\Since its inception in 1988, Riverside has followed a consistent strategy of partnering with owners and management teams of profitable healthcare and technology businesses who wish to accelerate the growth and value of their businesses. We typically invest in companies with revenues between $10 million and $100 million that operate across a wide spectrum of the healthcare and technology industries.\\As entrepreneurs ourselves, we appreciate the challenges of growing businesses and understand the goals and perspectives of business owners and managers.
