Ronnie Wee is a Singapore-based venture capitalist and entrepreneur specializing in technology investments. He is the founder and managing partner of IncuVest, a Singapore-based tech investment platform. With over 20 years of experience in consulting, startups, angel investment, financial services, government, telecommunications, and technology, Ronnie has a diverse background in the industry. He began his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), focusing primarily on technology solutions in financial services, telecommunications, and government sectors. Ronnie was the founder of PlaNET Technology Solutions, a software and solutions company, which was eventually sold to Singapore-listed Datacraft Asia. He was also involved in several startups throughout Asia, one of which was successfully listed on the NASDAQ second board. As a co-founder of Sirius Angel Fund, a $20 million angel fund co-investing with the Singapore Government in innovative, early-stage companies, Ronnie continues his work in partnering, assisting, and investing in innovative companies, as well as positioning Singapore as a hub for innovation and development through IncuVest. Ronnie serves as a mentor at the Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Singapore Management University and has been involved with various educational institutions, including INSEAD Business School and Nanyang Technological University. He has also served on the board of advisors for the National University of Singapore.
