Ruffena Capital Ltd is an investment and services company offering a versatile blend of capital, practical expertise and related commercial services for early stage and growth businesses. We recognise that for growing businesses to reach their potential, they need excellent advice, as well as capital without fuss, with maximum discretion, and at a reasonable cost. \\As a growing team of 14 people, we have established a community of funding sources for both debt and equity offerings, which are often best integrated as part of an overall solution for clients. Our investors comprise investment funds, Family Offices, corporate and private investors (business angels), as well as debt providers, all who have an appetite for high growth unquoted investment opportunities. \\Our team were the leading producers at Beer & Partners, the UK's largest and oldest private investment network, which closed for new business in 2013. During this transition period we formed Ruffena Capital to deliver our vision for a dynamic, tailored platform for investors and investees in the post-credit crunch era.\\Our vision is simple....help our clients realise theirs. We do this through the quality and independence of our advice and the tangible value we bring through capital investment and first hand business experience. We are always looking to extend our reach to investors, and enhance the flow of quality deals for our sector specific teams.
