Overview
Sachin Tagra is a seasoned investment professional with over 25 years of experience in consumer, retail, media, and technology sectors. He currently serves as the Managing Partner at JSW Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Mumbai, India. Prior to joining JSW Ventures in October 2019, Sachin led Capital18, the media and venture investment division of the Network18 Group, and established the early-stage investment model at Brand Capital, the strategic investment arm of the Times Group. He has also been actively investing in startups since 2014 and co-founded GetVantage, India's first revenue-based financing platform for e-commerce businesses, which he has successfully exited. Sachin holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from a business school and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Delhi University. He currently serves on the boards of both listed and unlisted tech startups, including Homesfy, Cureskin, Zvolv, HealthPlix, and Growcoms. Outside of work, Sachin has contributed to a book on startup scale-up journeys titled 'Kites in a Hurricane'.
