Sefea Impact SGR is an Italian asset management company dedicated to establishing and managing closed-end alternative investment funds. The company aims to disseminate impact finance capable of generating positive changes in the welfare conditions of communities. Its investment criteria consider the development of people's capabilities, social capital, and environmental sustainability as fundamental opportunities for value creation. The company manages the Fondo Sì – Social Impact, a closed-end Alternative Real-Estate Investment Fund with the EuVECA label. This fund invests 100% of its capital in sustainable entrepreneurial initiatives with both environmental and social objectives. The investments focus on social entrepreneurship capable of generating measurable positive impacts and ensuring economic returns, contributing to the reduction of social inequalities, improvement of local communities' quality of life, enhancement of education and healthcare services, mitigation of climate change, protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems, and promotion of the transition to a circular economy. Sefea Impact SGR has achieved a €15 million commitment from private and institutional investors and has made 32 investments. The company adopts an impact investing strategy, aiming to generate, in addition to an economic return, positive social and environmental impacts through tailored finance, technical assistance, and impact measurement.
