Overview

Seidler Equity Partners is a private equity firm co-founded by Eric Kutsenda, focusing on providing capital and management support to entrepreneurial companies across the United States and Australia. The firm manages more than $5 billion of equity capital and is actively involved in establishing and overseeing the implementation of its strategic vision, promoting its core investment principles, and supervising the support of its portfolio companies. Eric Kutsenda serves as a member of the firm's Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Prior to co-founding Seidler Equity Partners, Eric began his professional career at KPMG LLP, where he focused on providing tax structuring advice and due diligence support for mergers and acquisitions. He later became a principal at a Chicago-based investment firm. Eric earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from DePaul University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. In addition to his role at Seidler Equity Partners, Eric is involved in various organizations, including the Golden West Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization and Kids in Sports. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast, participating in activities such as marathon running, SCUBA diving, and rock climbing. Eric and his wife have two teenage daughters.
