Shari Glazer

Overview

An entrepreneur and investor specializing in technology and media sectors. She is the founder and CEO of Kalos Labs, a company that provides strategy, execution, and technology to connect brands to the web3 future. Shari began working on web3 strategy in 2020, advising sports teams and leagues on their NFT and blockchain strategies. She also has a long history of working with global brands in the fashion industry, art world, and aerospace. Shari launched Kalos Labs in 2022 and led its first project: the drop of Axiom Space’s first web3 program in which NFTs were minted at the International Space Station, and on its owned NFT marketplace. She also advised Axiom on its overall web3 strategy and continues to work with the company on future projects. She believes companies need to focus on more than NFT drops, and that brands can create significant new revenue streams and deeper customer relationships through controlled, curated NFT and metaverse programs. Shari is also the general partner of US Digital Trust, where she invests in web3 technology companies like Alchemy, ConsenSys, and LAVA. She serves on the Board of Directors of Skillz, the leading mobile games platform; the board of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles; and the board of The Painted Turtle, a nonprofit that provides summer camps for kids with serious medical conditions. Prior to Kalos, Shari founded and ran a beauty company, Couture Colour, that brought salon-quality hair color to the at-home colorist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Ed, and their three daughters.
