The fund's investment strategy involves making initial investments in early-stage companies, with a focus on follow-on rounds or pre-IPO rounds where partner VC funds increase or double down on successive rounds for their best-performing portfolio companies. SiS Cloud Global Tech Fund 8 collaborates and co-invests with selected top-tier seed, early, and mid-stage VC firms in the USA, Japan, China, and Southeast Asia, leveraging strong relationships to provide growth capital to high-performing portfolio companies. SiS Asset Management, the fund manager, is a Registered Fund Management Company regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). The management team has a strong track record in IT, financial, investment, and real estate industries. SiS International Holdings Limited, founded in 1983 and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 1992, has successfully built several companies spanning various industries, with four listed on stock exchanges in Hong Kong, Thailand, and Bangladesh. The group's strong business acumen includes strengths in business transformation, growth management, and value creation. General Partners are serial entrepreneurs and founders of SiS Group.
