Skyline targets companies in the healthcare, manufacturing, business services, software/SaaS, consumer product, and food/beverage/agriculture sectors. We bring this wealth of knowledge to the benefit of our portfolio companies.\\Investment Criteria:\\• Buyouts, recapitalizations and growth equity investments\• Control and minority ownership investments\• Healthcare, manufacturing, business services, software/SaaS, consumer products, and food/beverage companies\• Invest $10 million to $100 million in equity, with significant flexibility to increase amount\• Revenue of $10 million to $100 million or more, growing 10%+ per year\• EBITDA of $2 million to $15 million or more, with 10%+ margins\• Strong management team with track record of success\• Large, growing market opportunity\• Product or service with sustainable competitive differentiation/advantage\• Diversified customer and supplier base\• Recurring revenues\• Low capital expenditures
