Sofindev is an independent private equity firm specializing in growth capital investments for small and mid-sized enterprises in the Benelux region. Founded in 1991 by Sofina and Colruyt, the firm has evolved into a fully independent entity, supported by a broad base of family and institutional investors. The firm manages two active funds: Sofindev V, launched in 2019 with commitments of €170 million, and Sofindev VI, launched in 2022 with commitments of €250 million. These funds continue to invest in successful small and medium-sized companies in the Benelux, partnering with entrepreneurs and management teams to support their further growth.
