Sugarloaf Rock Capital is an investment vehicle of the Marcus family.  We have been focused on media, internet and consumer sectors for many decades.  Our goal is to leverage our industry knowledge with our analytical and banking skills to identify investments.  Sugarloaf Rock Capital prides itself on being long term partners with superior management teams of well positioned companies. \\We tend to make direct investments within our industry focus and allocate to outside managers in other sectors.  We can invest across the capital structure.  In addition we invest in both public and private companies including early stage companies.\\Giving back is important to us.  We take pride in our active participation in philanthropic causes.  We tend to focus our energies and resources on education based initiatives.
