Sumir Chadha is a co-founder and Managing Partner of WestBridge Capital, a leading investment firm focused on India with over $2.5 billion of capital under management. Sumir has been investing in India for over two decades across private and public companies, serving on the boards of several notable firms, including Star Health, Aptus Value Housing, Innovaccer, and Turing. Prior to co-founding WestBridge Capital, he co-founded and was Managing Director of Sequoia Capital India, and worked at Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Co. Sumir holds an MBA from Harvard Business School with Distinction and a BSE in Computer Science from Princeton University. He serves on the boards of Princeton University, the Harvard Business School Alumni Association, and the American India Foundation. His investment focus includes sectors such as technology, healthcare, financial services, consumer internet, enterprise IT, infrastructure, manufacturing, software, transportation, e-commerce, edtech, agtech, artificial intelligence, communications, and media and entertainment.
