Sundi Natarajan

Overview

Sundi Natarajan is a seasoned angel investor and technology entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in management and business development. He co-founded Sparksoft Corporation, a company specializing in Health IT solutions for U.S. federal, state, and commercial clients. Sparksoft offers services such as agile software development, testing, cybersecurity, and cloud-based solutions. Under his leadership, Sparksoft has secured over $400 million in prime contracts with agencies like CMS, HHS, CDC, and DHA. In addition to his role at Sparksoft, Sundi serves on the Board of Directors and as an advisor for several startups, including Prazas Learning (HelloThinkster), e-GMAT, Uniphore, Zluri, Flam, Corsha, Grey Orange Robotics, Consure Medical, 3IDX, Oxiwear, Nosh, Geminus, The Live Green, and Wevo.ai. He mentors these companies on strategy, growth, funding, and mergers and acquisitions. Sundi is an active Charter Member at TiE, having served as President of TiE DC in 2021 and as a Trustee on the TiE Global Board from 2022 to 2023. He is also a member of the Indian Angel Network (IAN) and BITS Spark Angels, the alumni network of BITS Pilani. Sundi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani and an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University. He also completed a Fellowship in Entrepreneurship at the Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. His extensive experience and active involvement in various entrepreneurial networks underscore his commitment to fostering innovation and supporting the growth of early-stage companies in the technology and healthcare sectors.
