Suresh Sambandam is an Indian entrepreneur and angel investor known for his leadership in the technology sector. He is the founder and CEO of Kissflow, a SaaS-based workplace automation platform, and the founder of OrangeScape Technologies. In 2024, he launched MudhalVC, a venture capital firm aimed at supporting idea-stage startups in Tamil Nadu, with plans to invest approximately INR 125 crore over the next three to four years. MudhalVC focuses on sectors such as foodtech, electric vehicles, healthtech, SaaS, and biotech, with investments ranging from INR 25 lakh to INR 1 crore. Through this initiative, Sambandam has already invested in 15 early-stage startups across diverse sectors. His investment strategy emphasizes providing 'adventure' capital to foster entrepreneurship in the region. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Sambandam held positions at Determine, a Corcentric Company, and HP, where he contributed to the development of mobile fraud detection software for Vodafone. He holds a B.Com degree from the University of Madras and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from ICFAI Business School. His extensive experience in corporate governance spans over 22 years, during which he has been associated with multiple companies in various capacities, including Managing Director and Director roles.
