Tall Oak Midstream Investments is a private equity firm specializing in midstream energy infrastructure investments in the United States. This acquisition included $155 million in cash, 7.5 million shares of Summit's Class B common stock, and up to $25 million in contingent consideration. The transaction expanded Summit's operations into the Arkoma Basin, adding significant processing capacity and pipeline infrastructure.
