Capital Allocators is a platform dedicated to the investment management industry, offering podcasts, gatherings, and advisory services. The platform aims to bridge knowledge gaps and foster valuable connections between asset owners and investment firms. Ted Seides launched the Capital Allocators podcast in 2017, which has been recognized as the top institutional investing podcast, reaching 20 million downloads in August 2024. The platform also hosts Capital Allocators Summits and Capital Allocators University to bring together industry leaders and provide education for rising professionals. Additionally, Capital Allocators offers advisory services to managers on business strategy and allocators on investment strategy. Ted Seides previously co-founded and served as Co-Chief Investment Officer of Protégé Partners, a leading alternative investment firm that invested in and seeded small hedge funds. He began his career at the Yale University Investments Office under David Swensen, focusing on external public equity managers and internal fixed income portfolio management. Ted graduated Cum Laude from Yale University and received an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is also a CFA charterholder.
