Overview

Tembusu ICT Fund I is a Singapore-based venture capital fund established in 2015, focusing on early-stage software companies in Southeast Asia and China. The fund aims to generate superior returns by investing in companies poised to benefit from Asia's growing prominence in the global technology landscape. It is the only venture capital fund in Singapore dedicated solely to software startups. The fund's investment strategy targets sectors such as software, artificial intelligence, data analytics, cybersecurity, e-commerce, fintech, healthtech, edtech, proptech, agtech, logistics, media, telecommunications, consumer electronics, and semiconductors. It primarily invests in seed, early-stage, and growth-stage companies, with investment sizes ranging from $1 million to $5 million. Tembusu ICT Fund I is one of six funds selected by Singapore's National Research Foundation (NRF) as part of the Early Stage Venture Fund (ESVF) II scheme, designed to promote co-investment in local startups alongside capital invested by NRF. The fund's portfolio includes companies like Deskera, Latize, Sixscape, Talger, VI DImensIons, KaHa, and VIsenze. The general partners are Tembusu Partners and Pepri Ventures, with an investment committee comprising experienced corporate leaders and industry veterans.
