Teodoro D'Ambrosio is an experienced angel investor and entrepreneur with a focus on early-stage technology companies across various sectors and geographies. He has co-founded and led multiple ventures, including Prima Assicurazioni, Bravoavia, Hotelscan, Emaze, and Neulabs, collectively valued at over €3 billion. His investments have attracted over €500 million in funding from top institutional investors such as Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, and Carlyle. His investment strategy emphasizes seed and early-stage web consumer companies, with a particular interest in the BRIC markets, especially Russian-speaking regions. He is a venture partner at TA Venture, a Kiev-based venture fund, and has a diverse portfolio that includes companies like SmartPrice, Tripscan, Klara, Avuba, CarPrice.ru, Rebag, StyleLounge, Beepi, HAPPYCAR, and VOX. Teodoro holds a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Trieste and an executive degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He is also a board member of Bravofly - Rumbo Group, the second-largest European player in online flights, and serves as managing director of Bravoavia (formerly Bravofly Russia).
