Overview
An Australian unregistered managed investment scheme providing wholesale clients access to a diversified portfolio of unlisted infrastructure assets primarily domiciled in Australia. Established in June 1998 with a single asset, Gold Coast Airport, The Infrastructure Fund has progressively grown into a diversified portfolio of infrastructure investments, including ports, airports, and electricity transmission. The fund takes an active management approach, working with its trustee and manager to assist in improving asset performance, advocating for leading ESG practices, and accelerating the decarbonisation strategies of the underlying assets. The fund targets a 10% internal rate of return net of fees and costs, with a target distribution of 4% per annum. The minimum investment is $50,000 AUD. The underlying manager is Macquarie, and the fund is currently not open to new investments.
