The company also maintains a heritage VC portfolio of minority stakes in promising German startups via its wholly owned subsidiary, German Startups Group VC GmbH. Despite recent legal disputes with former major shareholder SGT Capital LLC, PGH continues to pursue its strategic objectives in the PayTech sector.
