The Walden Group is a healthcare investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions mid-size healthcare companies. A significant number of our transactions involves medical devices used in surgery, but we are also active in the diagnostics, healthcare IT, specialized biotech and other life science segments.\\We are typically retained to sell or divest a company or business unit, but are also engaged by acquirors to assist them in refining their strategic acquisition plans, identify suitable targets, establish a rapport with the target's principals, and coordinate various phases of review and due diligence, eventually leading to an LOI and closing, if appropriate.\\On both the buy and sell side, we take an exhaustive, streamlined approach in terms of identifying and screening the other side of the transaction. We operate worldwide.\\In special situations, we assist small companies to grow by way of investment and special advisory and operational services.
