Tiresias Angels is a French investor club founded in 2020 by Thierry Andrieux and a group of entrepreneurs, with the support of Angelsquare. The club focuses on sectors such as Greentech, Deeptech, and Gaming, aiming to support startups that have a significant impact on work life. Members include active business angels, CEOs, CFOs, HR directors, entrepreneurs, artists, and professionals from various fields. Investment decisions are made collectively, but each investor chooses their investments independently. The club advocates a 'Smart Money' thesis, gathering qualitative actors around minimum tickets of €10,000 to become engaged power users in the company's growth. Investments are made in Seed and Series A stages, with ticket sizes between €100,000 and €300,000. Tiresias Angels operates without management fees, focusing on providing value beyond capital by offering expertise in finance, HR, and other areas to support startups. Tiresias Angels has made 10 investments, with their latest being in Ecopia as part of their Angel round on January 1, 2023. The club's mission is to encourage entrepreneurship and play an active role in business creation by supporting talented entrepreneurs who dare to innovate, thereby contributing to reducing social inequalities and promoting equal opportunities through entrepreneurship.
