Overview

ToasterLAB is a FoodTech and AgTech business acceleration program launched by Vitagora, a leading European food business cluster. It is backed by top players from throughout the FoodTech value chain. From its base in Dijon and Paris, ToasterLAB helps promising start-ups and SMEs to scale up and industrialize their products and services and accelerate their time to market - faster, further, smarter. The program focuses on addressing major societal challenges related to taste, nutrition, health, and the environment. It aims to support the development of Agri-Food companies across the entire food value chain, leveraging the extensive network of Vitagora. ToasterLAB offers direct business connections, market access, and a zero-equity program for a fee of €6,000. ToasterLAB's mission includes accelerating the market entry of start-ups and SMEs to create industrial champions, exploring opportunities related to new uses and business models in the agri-food sector, attracting talent, and developing an open, dynamic, and efficient ecosystem around FoodTech. The program also emphasizes promoting quality products that impact health and the environment. ToasterLAB is a non-profit accelerator program without equity stake, supported by stakeholders in the agri-food industry with a pragmatic and committed approach. It is the only acceleration program drawing on the wide and dynamic network of a leading European Agri-Food innovation cluster. The program duration is 12 weeks, and it operates in Dijon, France. ToasterLAB has been active since its launch and continues to support the growth and development of FoodTech and AgTech startups in the region.
