Triaxis Capital is an independent investment firm specialized in venture capital based in Belo Horizonte and with regional offices in Florianópolis and Recife. It focuses on long-term investments in innovative privately held companies with high potential financial returns.\\Triaxis was born in 2012 through the association of regional managers of Criatec I Fund in Minas Gerais, Santa Catarina and Pernambuco, where members participated actively in the choice, the investment process and management in 18 of the 36 companies selected by the fund between years 2007 and 2012.\\In 2013, Triaxis, in partnership with Bozano Investments, was selected to co-manage the Criatec II Fund, which has 186 million reais under management and already has more than 15 approved companies and in investment process under 2 years of operation.\\Triaxis is a member of the Brazilian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association – ABVCAP, adhering to the Code ABVCAP / ANBIMA of Regulation and Best Practices for FIPs and FMIEEs Market, and is, like all of its senior partners, registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil – CVM.
