Overview

TRICAPITAL Angels Limited is a Scottish angel syndicate supporting early-stage companies across Scotland. The syndicate comprises entrepreneurs, CEOs, and business leaders who have founded, funded, and built successful companies. They collaborate with Scottish Enterprise to provide tailored financing and strategic guidance to portfolio companies from startup through to Series A and beyond. TRICAPITAL leads investments ranging from £250,000 to £2 million and often syndicates larger transactions with other angel groups and partners. Their mission is to encourage and support portfolio companies through the provision of tailored financing and strategic guidance from the initial pitch through to exit. The syndicate operates as a members club, with each member individually deciding whether or not to invest in companies. TRICAPITAL is a member of LINC Scotland, the national association for Scottish business angels. The leadership team includes Moray Martin as CEO, Lynne Cadenhead as COO, Kathy Kinder as CIO, Mogens Mathiesen as Partner - Strategy & International Development, Susan Arnold as Membership Services Manager, and Paul Yuskaitis as Dealum Manager. TRICAPITAL Angels Limited is a Scottish Enterprise and Scottish Co-Investment Fund partner.
