The acquisition aligns with Partners Group's strategy to invest in real estate operating companies. Trinity's recent activities include the completion of over $250 million in hotel renovation projects across six assets in 2024. In April 2025, the firm launched Trinity Asset Management Services and Trinity Development Services, offering hotel owners and lenders direct access to Trinity's operational expertise and development capabilities. These services represent a strategic expansion of Trinity's platform, meeting the growing demand from owners and lenders seeking a high-touch operating partner capable of driving performance and long-term value in the evolving hospitality landscape.
