Vijay Vashee

An experienced angel investor and former Microsoft executive based in Seattle, Washington. Vijay Vashee began his career at Microsoft in 1982, holding various positions in marketing, program management, and general management. He played a pivotal role in integrating PowerPoint into the Microsoft Office Suite, leading to significant revenue growth. Additionally, he managed the growth of Microsoft Project, achieving a dominant market share. After leaving Microsoft, Vashee became actively involved in the startup ecosystem. He has also served on the Board of Trustees of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and is a member of the Computing and Information Science Advisory Council at Cornell University.
