Villa Blu is an accelerator program established by Robertet Group in 2023, dedicated to fostering innovative startups committed to natural products and sustainability. Located in Grasse, France, the program offers a unique ecosystem connecting the industrial world to the startup economy, aiming to facilitate the emergence of innovation and the construction of a sustainable future. The program selects up to 20 startups every six months, focusing on sectors such as natural ingredients, fragrances, flavors, food, health, and well-being. Each selected startup receives up to €100,000 in investment and benefits from mentoring, education, access to facilities, and networks. The program is structured into five successive sprints, each addressing fundamental factors to accelerate business growth and prepare for fundraising. Villa Blu is situated in an iconic setting in Grasse, integrating heritage with modernization, and offers a space comprising three floors and a rooftop, symbolizing the ascent of startups as they progress through the program. The program is built upon Robertet’s in-house and external experts who provide entrepreneurial support and mentoring, with business, market, and technical assistance. Startups are welcomed in a historic site in Grasse, offering panoramic views and a conducive environment for innovation and entrepreneurship. Villa Blu aims to equip startups with the necessary skills to better understand their market and customers, refine their value proposition, launch their marketing, accelerate their turnover, and prepare and launch their fundraising. The program also provides access to processing equipment, analysis and development laboratories, as well as regulatory support provided by the Robertet Group. By joining Villa Blu, startups commit to a more responsible future, favoring impact and contribution over talk and position, and interact with the earth and the living world to ensure each footprint is minimal or positive.
