Overview

With approximately $1 billion under management, Vintage Investment Partners is the only combined secondary, co-invest and fund of funds manager focused on Israel.\\The management team combined has over 100 years experience with Israeli companies in both the private and public equity markets as well as long-standing relationships with top-tier Israeli funds and foreign investors.\\Secondary Funds:\Vintage manages $350 million through three Israel-focused secondary funds. Vintage's Israel secondary funds acquire limited partnership interests in Israeli venture capital funds and non-venture, private equity funds, direct portfolios and single holdings of Israeli private companies.\\Funds of Funds:\Vintage manages $420 million through three fund of funds. Vintage's fund of funds invest in Israeli, European and U.S venture capital funds and non-venture, Israeli private equity funds managed by experienced managers with strong track records. \\Co-Invest Fund:\In August 2012, Vintage completed the final close of Vintage V, an $80 million late-stage co-invest fund. Vintage V co-invests alongside Vintage's portfolio of venture capital funds in the last private rounds of their most promising portfolio companies. Vintage typically invests $3 million to $10 million per company.\\Gatekeeping:\in partnership with Grove Street Advisors (GSA), Vintage provides advisory services for Israeli institutions related to investments in international private equity and venture funds.
