Overview

VNInvest Partners is a corporate finance advisory firm exclusively focused on debt raising for Vietnam-related investments and businesses. They are the only advisory firm in Vietnam dedicated to debt solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of local banking practices and international structuring. Their lender network includes an extensive pool of Vietnamese banks, international lenders, private credit funds, and development finance institutions. They partner with clients to navigate complex debt markets and achieve strategic growth objectives, ensuring financing solutions are always in the client’s best long-term interest. Established on May 23, 2018, with an initial charter capital of 500 million VND, VNInvest Partners was co-founded by Mr. Faussier Loic Michel Marc and Ms. Đỗ Hà Phương, each holding a 50% stake. Mr. Marc served as the Chairman of the Members’ Council, while Ms. Phương was the General Director. In January 2023, Mr. Marc transferred his shares to Mr. Vũ Nam Thắng, who assumed the roles of Chairman of the Members’ Council and General Director, with Ms. Phương continuing as the General Director. In June 2023, Ms. Phương was elected as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Export-Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank).
