WGD Partners is a San Francisco Bay Area based financial advisory firm focused on providing tailored services to emerging growth and middle-market companies, including syndicating investment/capital raising opportunities, merger and acquisitions and other financial advisory and corporate development services in the technology and legal cannabis sectors. Our team has extensive capital raising experience having raised over $500 million in venture and growth equity capital from institutional investors, family offices and high net worth individuals and a track record of success advising and executing on domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions ranging from $5 million to over $1 billion.
