WIT Angels Club is an all-female angel investment club dedicated to addressing the gender diversity gap in innovation. The club empowers women to participate in the technology revolution through investment, focusing on startups that develop technologies addressing social challenges and promoting sustainability. By providing expert advice and fostering collaboration, WIT Angels Club guides women investors in making intelligent and purpose-driven investments in technology they passionately believe in. The club's investment strategy centers on identifying and supporting startups with at least one woman in the founding team, emphasizing gender diversity and the positive impact of their technologies. WIT Angels Club operates as a community where members collectively analyze and discuss investment opportunities, while investments are made individually. This approach allows members to learn and grow together in the investment process, fostering a supportive environment for women investors. Since its official launch in April 2023, WIT Angels Club has grown its community to over 70 members across 12 countries, including Europe and the United States. The club has invested between €50,000 and €100,000 per startup on a monthly basis, supporting more than 10 impact startups across various geographies, including France, Romania, the United States, and Israel. This track record demonstrates the club's commitment to promoting gender diversity in the venture ecosystem and supporting purpose-driven technology startups. WIT Angels Club is headquartered in Bucharest, Romania, with additional offices in Paris, France, and San Francisco, United States. The club's diverse geographical presence enables it to engage with a wide range of startups and investors, furthering its mission to empower women in the investment landscape and support innovative technologies with a positive societal impact.

Investment Focus
