XSML is a fund manager focused on frontier markets in Central and East Africa, particularly DR Congo, Congo-Brazzaville, Central African Republic and Uganda. \\XSML, eXtra Small Medium Large, aims to grow small businesses in a sustainable way into medium and large enterprises, by providing capital and know-how. Our local teams work from offices in Kinshasa (DRC), Kampala (Uganda) and Bangui (CAR).\\We aim to work with investors who share our passion for investing with impact. Our experience in private equity including frontier markets, coupled with an appreciation of risks and rewards through local presence, allows us to generate attractive risk adjusted returns for investors.
