Xtripe Angels is a syndicate composed of former Stripe employees who leverage their collective experience to support early-stage technology companies. Their focus is on pre-seed and seed-stage investments, particularly in sectors where their alumni network can add significant value, including fintech, developer products, B2B SaaS, and risk management. The syndicate is also inclined to invest in companies founded by Stripe alumni. The investment strategy involves active participation from its members, with each investor having the autonomy to choose which deals to participate in. This approach fosters a community-driven investment environment, aligning the interests of the syndicate with those of the founders. The syndicate typically seeks a minimum allocation of $100,000 per deal, with individual investments ranging from $5,000 to $10,000, up to the total allocation. Xtripe Angels operates through the AngelList Syndicates platform, allowing for deal-by-deal investments where capital is called per investment. This structure enables investors to decide on a per-deal basis, closely resembling traditional angel investing.
