Yaron Samid is an Israeli-American entrepreneur and investor with over three decades of experience in the technology industry. He is the founder of TechAviv, a global community of Israeli startup founders, and serves as the Managing Partner of TechAviv Founder Partners, a pre-seed venture fund. Previously, Yaron founded and served as CEO of BillGuard, a personal finance security company acquired by Prosper, and Pando, a peer-to-peer content delivery network acquired by Microsoft. He has also been a founding board member at CloudLock, acquired by Cisco, and Pond5, acquired by Shutterstock. Yaron is a regular guest lecturer at Stanford and Columbia Business Schools.
