Established in 2013, Arya GSYF is Turkey's first and only venture capital fund dedicated to promoting gender balance in the startup ecosystem. The fund was founded through a collaboration between Arya Women's Investment Platform, Türkiye İş Bankası (Isbank), and Maxis, aiming to support startups led by women or exhibiting gender-diverse leadership teams. Arya GSYF operates as a gender-focused venture capital fund, emphasizing diversity as a key investment criterion. The fund targets startups with gender-balanced founding teams and focuses on sectors such as E-Commerce technologies, biotech, agritech, consumer products and services, logistics, cleantech, cybertech, edtech, femtech, foodtech, and AI. Arya GSYF has made several investments in early-stage companies, including Vispera, a technology firm offering AI-based solutions for the retail sector, and Kiralarsın, a platform in the electronics industry.
