Overview

Deep-Tech Venture Partners (DTVP) is a Singapore-based venture capital firm that invests in deep-tech startups from pre-seed to Series A stages. The firm focuses on sectors such as Healthcare, Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Materials, Semiconductors, Energy, and Sustainability, aiming to position Singapore as a hub for global leaders in these industries. DTVP combines the deal flow and expertise of SDTA Ventures in deep-tech venture building with the evaluation and execution capabilities of ANB Investment to support the growth of these startups. DTVP invests its own capital and does not manage external funds. For larger deals up to Series C, the firm offers close partners the opportunity to co-invest. Typically, DTVP leads funding rounds, takes board seats, and collaborates closely with founders to add value. The firm's portfolio includes 19 deep-tech ventures built by SDTA Ventures, covering various stages and industries. The board of directors comprises Luuk Eliens, Managing Partner at SDTA Ventures; Nicolas Tabardel, Investment Manager at ANB Investment; and Ronny Shen, Senior Manager at ANB Investment. SDTA Ventures, officially supported by EnterpriseSG through its Startup SG Accelerator Programme, has built 19 deep-tech ventures to date. ANB Investment has been making direct investments in tech and deep-tech startups in the US and Southeast Asia since 2019, with a portfolio of 11 investments across various stages and geographies.
