Devin Johnson is a prominent figure in the sports and entertainment industry, serving as the Chief Operating Officer of The SpringHill Company, a global consumer and entertainment company co-founded by LeBron James and Maverick Carter. In this role, he oversees operations and strategic direction, contributing to the company's mission of empowering greatness through culturally inspired brands, entertainment, and products. Prior to this, Johnson was the President of UNINTERRUPTED, a sports digital media company that remains a major brand within The SpringHill Company portfolio. Under his leadership, UNINTERRUPTED produced content for platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Fox Sports, and Max, and managed a brand partnership business exceeding $100 million. He also played a pivotal role in launching and growing the athlete empowerment brand UNINTERRUPTED. Before his tenure at UNINTERRUPTED, Johnson held the position of Senior Vice President of Digital Media at Tribune Media, where he led digital initiatives that transformed the company into a leading digital player. His career also includes executive roles at NBCUniversal, where he was instrumental in developing the company's digital innovation efforts. Johnson began his career in finance, working for media and consumer product companies. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Johnson serves on the board of Progressive Insurance and Jeni's Ice Cream. He is also a former board chair for USA Taekwondo and a former owner of the NWSL franchise, Chicago Stars. Additionally, he serves on the University of Michigan Sport Management Advisory Board and has been a frequent speaker at Duke's Fuqua School of Business and the Coach K Center on Leadership & Ethics.
