Overview
HabiSmart is an accelerator program based in Milan, Italy, focusing on sustainable buildings and PropTech innovations. HabiSmart is promoted by Zest, Nova Capital, Ariston, COIMA, and MassChallenge Switzerland, and operates within the Porta Nuova district in Milan, leveraging the district management technology platform implemented by COIMA. The program's mission is to identify and support startups that can address the needs of large companies through innovative technological solutions, fostering growth and innovation in the real estate sector. By providing funding, mentorship, and strategic partnerships, HabiSmart aims to accelerate the development and market entry of promising PropTech startups, contributing to the evolution of sustainable and smart building solutions in Italy.
