Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation (MHIC) is a private, non-profit financier dedicated to creating and sustaining healthy, equitable communities in New England. For over 35 years, MHIC has invested $3.9 billion to help create and sustain healthy, equitable communities where people, businesses, and organizations can thrive. MHIC focuses on providing financing for affordable housing and community development projects that might otherwise lack funding in neighborhoods facing significant challenges.
