MITO Technology
Overview
MITO Technology is an advisor to venture capital funds aiming to drive radical transformation in society toward a more sustainable future. Over the last 15 years, MITO Technology has become an active player in the European innovation ecosystem, collaborating with multinationals, SMEs, universities, research centers, startups, spin-offs, banks, VC, and PE funds. In 2018, MITO Technology sponsored and began advising Progress Tech Transfer, the first VC fund in Italy entirely focused on sustainability technologies. Building on the success of the first, in 2024, they launched MITO Tech Ventures, one of the first early-stage climate tech funds in Europe compliant with Article 9 of the SFDR regulation. Both funds are RAIFs under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with an external AIFM.
