Sachin Shah is an entrepreneur and operating advisor with approximately 30 years of experience in building, scaling, and exiting financial technology and investment platforms. He has created over $350 million in transaction value and helped build platforms managing over $70 billion in assets. His expertise spans founding companies from the ground up, operating through periods of rapid growth, and navigating strategic acquisitions by large financial organizations. He was a founding partner at 55ip, a wealth-technology platform acquired by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he helped grow the business from inception to more than $70 billion in assets across model portfolios and SMAs, working hands-on across strategy, product, distribution, investments, marketing, and operations. Earlier in his career, Sachin co-founded Carlin Financial Group, an institutional fintech acquired by RBC Capital Markets, and served as Operating Partner at Ada Investments, a quantitative investment firm later acquired by 55ip. He began his career in investment and research roles at U.S. Trust, RBC, and Bank of America. Through Mantri, Sachin brings an independent operating perspective to leadership teams during moments where decisions are complex, cross-functional, and difficult to unwind.
