Prior to co-founding Schelin Uldricks & Co., Mr. Schelin was the President of Virtua Credit Corporation, where he arranged institutional capital for over $1 billion in real estate projects affiliated with the Virtua Partners Organization. He has also held positions in acquisitions and asset management during his real estate finance career. Derek Uldricks, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, has spent the majority of his career orchestrating the equity formation of real estate joint ventures and corporate finance M&A transactions through the creation and distribution of SEC Reg D private placements. His experience includes raising over $250 million in equity capital over varying investment strategies, including structured finance/credit, opportunity zones, land banking/development, vertical construction, value-add, opportunistic, and corporate growth. Prior to co-founding Schelin Uldricks & Co., Mr. Uldricks served as the President of Virtua Capital Management, the equity capital markets group within Scottsdale-based private equity firm Virtua Partners. He has also held positions at Versant Commercial Brokerage and Breakwater Equity Partners.
