Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust (Sunway REIT) is a Malaysia-based real estate investment trust managing a diversified portfolio of properties. The trust's segments include Retail, Hotel, Office, Services, and Industrial & Others. The Retail segment is engaged in renting or leasing retail premises to tenants, while the Hotel segment leases hotel premises to hotel operators. The Office segment rents office premises to tenants, and the Industrial & Others segment rents or leases industrial and other types of premises. Sunway REIT is managed by Sunway REIT Management Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Sunway Group, a leading conglomerate in Malaysia.
