Background: Ventures4Growth was founded in 2008 as the first open investment vehicle headquartered in Europe specializing in B2B sector. Since then we have expanded and we have been a recognized leader in our local market.\\Industries Served: Ventures4Growth utilizes proprietary taxonomy to determine which sectors are attractive in a give timeframe. Depending on where a Venture is situated according to our lifecycle model we will preferable attract companies fitting our model.\Early Stage Ventures will be preferable in the Creative Industries, Clean Technology, Convergence (Info-Nano-Bio Technology) and European Expansion Ready.\Later Stage and Exit enterprises will be mainly out of the Target Sectors we envision. Our approach is based on close contact with the companies and key individuals in these industries, and on having a deep understanding of the markets in which they operate.\\Services Provided: V4G provides a range of corporate matchmaking services including, acquisitions, divestments, company sales, full lifecycle debt/equity integrated financing and strategic board level reviews.
