Overview

XSEED Education is a Singapore-based education company dedicated to transforming K-8 education by shifting the focus from rote memorization to effective learning. Founded by Ashish Rajpal, an alumnus of the Harvard Graduate School of Education, XSEED has developed the XSEED Method, an integrated curriculum, teacher training, and assessment tool that emphasizes hands-on activities, reflection, and feedback to build thinking skills and problem-solving confidence in children. The XSEED Method is implemented in over 3,000 schools across these regions, aligning with various international standards and syllabi, including the US Core, Singapore, India (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards), and the Philippines (K-12 standards of the Department of Education). XSEED's approach has been recognized globally, being featured among path-breaking global innovations in education by the World Innovation Summit in Education (WISE) and as a case study by MIT's Legatum Center.
