Deleting your account is permanent after a 30-day grace period. Before proceeding, we recommend:

DELETEto confirm - Click Delete My Account to finalize
You will be immediately signed out and receive a confirmation email.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Immediately
- Your account is deactivated and you're signed out
- All your LinkedIn accounts are disconnected
- All running campaigns and scheduled posts are stopped
- Your active subscription is cancelled
- You lose access to all workspaces
- A confirmation email is sent to your registered email
After 30 Days
All of your data is permanently deleted from our systems, including:
- Your profile information
- All LinkedIn account data
- All AI personas, templates, and message history
- Auto-comment settings and activity logs
- Scheduled posts and post boost history
- Workspaces you owned (if any)
- Billing records (Stripe customer is also deleted)
Note: Anonymized churn feedback (the reason you selected for leaving) is retained for analytics. It cannot be linked back to your identity after deletion.
Changed Your Mind? Restore Your Account
During the 30-day grace period, you can restore your account at any time:
- Go to the ConnectSafely login page
- Sign in with your email as usual
- Your account will be automatically restored
Important: Restoring your account will bring back your profile, templates, and personas. However, LinkedIn accounts will need to be reconnected, and your subscription will not be automatically reactivated.
If You Own a Workspace With Other Members
If you're the owner of a workspace that has other members, the deletion flow will show a list of those workspaces during the process. These workspaces will be permanently deleted along with your account, and all members will lose access immediately.
If you want to preserve a workspace, ask another member to become the owner before you delete your account. You can do this from the Workspace Settings page.
