Tips for Excel files
- Messy columns are fine
- You don't need a clean email column. Addresses inside sentences, notes or cells like "Jane Doe <jane@acme.com>" are picked out on their own.
- Every sheet, including hidden ones
- All sheets in the workbook are read, hidden or not, and an address that appears on several sheets is listed once with a count.
- Formulas
- Cells that build an address with a formula are read using the value Excel saved with the file.

Will it find an email mixed in with other text in a cell?

How do I get the emails back into Excel?
